DropBox is a Cloud service.  It provides access to the files you store there so that they can be accessed from your computers, phones, or tablets anywhere in the owrld, by yourself and those that you give access too.

We recommend that you set up your own DropBox account to easily give access to OfficeHQ to files you wish us to work on and likewise we can transfer complete work back to you.

Transfer files to the Shared folder for OfficeHQ to process fo ryou.
